In wedding planning, no decision exists in isolation. The budget, the venue, guest count, logistics, aesthetics and choice of suppliers are all connected. I structure the process as a whole and determine what needs to be addressed, and when.
I research and select venues and suppliers, compare proposals and budgets, review booking terms, coordinate meetings and follow every professional involved throughout the planning.
I present the overall design concept and act as the main point of contact for the professionals responsible for bringing each area to life, from florals and lighting to furniture, stationery and other visual and communication elements.
Every wedding I plan remains personally under my direction. I stay closely involved in every key decision and every stage of the process, working alongside a trusted team to ensure everything is carried through seamlessly from beginning to end.
Planning a wedding from another country requires more than good organisation. It means knowing the destination well, understanding how local suppliers work and being able to make decisions on the ground when you are not there.
That is very much part of my role: to be your point of reference throughout the process, filter the options, anticipate what needs attention and keep the project moving from a distance.
I also look beyond the wedding day itself, considering guest arrivals, transport and the different moments that may form part of the experience, from a welcome dinner to a brunch or post-wedding gathering.
I work particularly across Barcelona, Costa Brava, the Balearic Islands and Italy, destinations I know well and where I can work with context, judgement and a trusted network of professionals.
